GA's Move Over Law

I got this in a forward. I thought it was interesting. I supposed this is mostly for David. (Because he is known to be an unsafe driver, and I think mowing down pedestrians is next on the list). (Jared still prefers the T-boning unsuspecting victims approach.) (Charlie prefers, ...oh thats right, Charlie doesn't wreck.)
